The clay ground created a little bit of a challenge, but Dry Base Systems were able to facilitate the request with the garden room elevated base installation of galvanised steel frames onto the piling system, and also extended the system to create a balcony area with colour matched composite decking also installed to compliment the powder coated aluminium flashings..
The owners at Tooley Farm purchased a garden room from Malvern Garden Buildings as a place to relax on the understanding that it could be elevated by approximately one metre to take advantage of views across the man-made lakes.
